I used Leo when we purchased our family home a couple years ago and knew I couldn't think of anyone better to help us with the process in selling our investment property. We had a tricky situation with a tenant in the property who wanted to stay so we were also hoping for a buyer who would be willing to let the tenant stay until they could find a new place. Leo helped make the transition for both the tenant and new buyer a seamless experience not just us as the seller. He helped us price the place fairly to move it quickly. Bought a Single Family home in Port Charlotte, FL. We spent over 6 months looking for a retirement home in Port Charlotte using 4 other agencies without an acceptable result.
We made 3 bids to purchase with other agents and were not satisfied with the results. When we contacted Leo Albanes we were shown properties that met or requirements.
I was using my VA Benefits and very limited financial resources to purchase a retirement home.
