I used Leo when we purchased our family home a couple years ago and knew I couldn't think of anyone better to help us with the process in selling our investment property. We had a tricky situation with a tenant in the property who wanted to stay so we were also hoping for a buyer who would be willing to let the tenant stay until they could find a new place. Leo helped make the transition for both the tenant and new buyer a seamless experience not just us as the seller. He helped us price the place fairly to move it quickly. We had it listed at the end of December and in the first week of New Year we were under contract and closed a month later. Thank you for making our process as a seller effortless!
